CALIBRATION AND VALIDATION

We offer full calibration, temperature mapping and validation services, traceable to recognized National Standards, on all refrigerated equipment.

The full range of validation protocols are offered either our own in-house protocols or customer designated protocols.

Our in house standard protocol documentation consists of either all or part of the following:

  • Design Qualification (DQ)
  • Installation Qualification (IQ)
  • Operational Qualification (OQ)
  • Performance Qualification (PQ)

Sample documentation is available for viewing on request. In addition we offer:

  • ​​DQ,IQ,OQ and PQ test carried out to clients own protocols
  • Sales of new equipment can include full validation protocol if required
  • Data and alarm monitoring systems calibration
  • Oxygen and CO2 monitoring, calibration and Written Scheme of Examination Certificates
