MAINTENANCE AND 24 HR SERVICE

We provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance service covering most refrigerated equipment, installations, air conditioning & laboratory equipment.
Contracts provide scheduled service/maintenance and performance evaluation. We also provide 24 hour/ 365 days per year call out coverage.
We can supply monitoring/alarm systems which will contact our on-call engineers directly and enable them to carry out ‘first response action’.
Full maintenance records are provided in electronic format for all items of equipment under contract. These include checklists and highlight any recommended further actions.

F-Gas regulations records
We assess & supply the statutory records for all equipment containing a refrigerant charge of 3kg or more for all contract holders. These records must be kept by the plant operator to record all refrigerant additions & removals plus details of the statutory leak tests that are required.
